    Step 1

    预热烤箱至160℃。在2个大烤盘上铺放油纸或铝箔纸。Preheat oven to 160℃ (gas)/150℃ (fan). Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper or aluminum foil.

    Step 2

    先将玉米片、杏仁、南瓜籽、香料放进一个大碗。另外一个碗混合蜂蜜、牛油和盐,用力搅拌直到全部材料混合均匀。将混合好的蜂蜜倒入另一个装有玉米片的碗,轻轻搅拌让所有材料都沾得均匀。Toss cornflakes, almonds, pumpkin seeds, spices in a large bowl. Combine honey, butter and salt in a separate bowl. Stir vigorously till combined and thickened. Add this mixtureto the dry ingredients. Stir well but gently till evenly coated.

    Step 3

    将混合好的干果材料均匀铺在托盘上,烘烤15-20分钟,过程中再搅拌两次,直到杏仁被烤成浅褐色。Spread the mixture in an even layer onto the trays. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring twice during cooking, until the almonds are toasted and light brown.

    Step 4

    从烤箱中取出,当干果还是温热时再搅拌一次,摊凉。冷却后干果会变脆。Remove from oven and stir in dried fruit while the mixture is still warm. Allow to cool completely on the tray on a wire rack. The mixture will crisp up while cooling.

    Step 5

    装入密封罐子,准备随时食用。Store in airtight containers till ready to serve.
